Banquets & Private Events

CLUBHOUSE ACCOMMODATIONS 

Overlooking Beaver Lake, the Chenequa Clubhouse was designed to be flexible in terms of providing
several private rooms of varying sizes to meet members’ needs. 

Room arrangements range from a small meeting room that can accommodate up to 20 people
to a large room with a private bar for up to 230 people.

Business meetings, wedding receptions, and private parties are all events that can be accommodated at the clubhouse.  And even when a large private party is in progress, the Chenequa room is always reserved for members to dine or meet at the bar.

The Board Room

The Board Room overlooking the golf course is set up with built in audio visual capabilities for all types of meetings and private events. The room can be utilized by groups of 16 or less.

The Heritage Room

The Heritage Room with its great view of Beaver Lake can accommodate up to 24 people for intimate parties or business meetings.

The Beaver Lake Room

The Beaver Lake Room also has a lake view and works well for medium sized groups with seating for up to 64. This is a perfect place for a rehearsal dinner, birthday party or business seminar.

Also, the Beaver Lake Room can be combined with the Ballroom and Main Dining Room for weddings, fundraisers, etc., when used together there is seating for parties of 230. This configuration includes a private bar.

The Main Dining Room

The Main Dining Room overlooking the golf course can accommodate up to 100 for a social event. Also, the Beaver Lake Room can be combined with the Ballroom and Main Dining Room for weddings, fundraisers, etc., when used together there is seating for parties of 230. This configuration includes a private bar.

General Charges

  • All non-member functions must be member sponsored and are subject to a setup/facility fee.  The fee will be $10.00 per person.  Weddings or large events requiring the full banquet space will be charged a flat fee of $5,000.00 to use the facility.
  • Direct member functions are subject to a discounted setup/facility fee of $5.00 per person.
  • Setup/facility fees include the use of standard club linens, three votives per table, microphones and cake cutting/service as needed.  No credit will be given if the host/ess supplies any linen or items to be used for service.
  • Event hosts are responsible for centerpieces, flowers, decorations and entertainment.  We will gladly offer suggestions based on our experiences, but Chenequa Country Club will not enter into any contractual arrangement with these professionals.
  • All food and beverage consumed will be charged at the current published prices.  All prices are subject to change.
  • A 20% service charge and 5% sales tax will be added to all food, beverage and service charges.
  • Chef attended stations will require a $100.00 fee for each attendant.
  • Host/ess will be charged for the rental of any necessary equipment and/or extraordinary set-up.  Rental charges will be charged at cost and labor will be charged at the rate of $15.00 per hour.
